It might be hard to believe with all the mid-century modern architecture but the tiki culture in Palm Springs in something you have to look for during the day. At night, this fun and vibrant side of the city comes alive at Bootlegger Tiki. Known for their handcrafted cocktails and famous happy hour specials you’ll want to stop by on your vacation. You’ll find that this location is full of history, as the Bootlegger is located right where the famous Don the Beachcomber restaurant used to be. Their three main ingredients feature rum, fruit, and love, plus you won’t want to miss their fantastic savory and sweet snack menu. We recommend trying the Pog Tiki, which is served up in an awesome tiki glass.
Desert Dance
If you’re looking for the perfect place to dance the night away, Palm Springs has some of the best local clubs around. You won’t want to miss out on the ever-popular Zelda’s. If you can’t get enough, hop over to Toucans. Both of these spots are great when you want to tear up the dance floor for a night. With local entertainment, DJ-spun sets, and even karaoke, you can have lots of fun dancing to the beat of whatever drum moves you. All you have to do is make sure you have your dancing shoes!
